How long will it take for my order to reach me, and when will I know it’s on the way?


Our Shipping Process:


We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays with the exceptions of holidays. In order to ship on the next shipping day, your order must be placed by 11:00 pm EST on the night before our scheduled shipping day (for example, orders placed Wednesday after 11:00 pm EST will ship on Tuesday). In some very rare cases, orders will ship one day later than the stated schedule.

Where is my tracking information?:


Tracking e-mails are generated the day following shipment by close of business (5 pm PST).

Where is my order coming from (can I pick it up)?:


We currently sell online only and do not have a show room, as such all orders are mailed out. We are located in Southern California.

How long will my order take to reach me?:


We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority and it typically takes 3 business days. Usually with the date shipped counting as day one (please note that it can take up to six business days; the only guaranteed shipping time is through the purchase of expedited shipping). 


Please choose a secure ship to address, as one an item is shown as delivered, we are no longer responsible. Shipping costs cannot be refunded under any circumstance. 


What about Expedited shipping?:


We offer Expedited Shipping with USPS Monday – Thursday on orders placed before 10 am EST. 

Please take care to select the appropriate shipping based on number of items. Selecting the incorrect Expedited shipping item amount will result in a refund of the difference of the Standard shipping costs less a $5 processing fee.

Please note that due to recent a rise in fraudulent transactions Expedited shipping will not be allowed on orders where the shipping and billing addresses do not match. The order will be cancelled and forwarded to our Fraud Department for further review and the necessary follow up and actions will be taken. 



Can I cancel or make changes to my order?:


Orders begin being processed almost immediately after they are placed. As such, once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. No exceptions.


Packages returned to us:


Orders are sent to the address provided exactly as it was entered. Please take care to place billing and shipping information on the appropriate lines. Packages returned to us due to failure to provide a correct or complete address will be resent after a new address is provided and shipping has been paid through PayPal. Failure to do so within one weeks time will result in order cancellation less the shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee. 

International Shipping


International shipments are made on Thursdays only, tracking information will be sent out on Friday (shipments are made via DHL). Please take care to enter shipping information properly, as well as to select the proper shipping item amount in order to avoid shipping delays. Due to our high volume and constant inventory turnover International orders are final sale. All taxes, duties, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. No exceptions. For large orders, please contact us for shipping pricing. Please choose a secure ship to address, as one an item is shown as delivered, we are no longer responsible. Shipping costs cannot be refunded under any circumstance. International orders are contingent upon final shipping cost to us.

What is your return or exchange policy?


We do not offer returns; we offer store credit only. We gladly offer exchanges on non-clearance or on items that have not been discounted. 


Exchange Policy:


We are committed to bringing you the best fashion at the best prices while providing you with a great customer experience. As such, Divnoje.com does not issue refunds, only store credit.


All items are carefully inspected and approved before being sent to you, items that are found to be less than satisfactory are removed and not sent out. 


Should you find that you would like to exchange item please contact us to begin the exchange process. 


 Exchange Process:


·      Please contact customer service, via e-mail, within 24 hours of your order having been shown as delivered based on the time stamp on the USPS website.

·      Items must be mailed back (post marked) within the next two days after return approval. Items received with a postmark date past the mail back deadline may be refused and returned to sender. 

Costs associated with shipping items back for exchange/store credit/new orer are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We strongly advise you to use a traceable shipping method to protect and ensure your returned items reach us. We are not liable for lost returns. Packages sent back beyond the indicated postmark date will be refused and returned to sender (all cost associated with such actions will be the sole responsibility of the buyer).

·      Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Please take care when trying items on, as items damaged during try on are will not be accepted for exchange.  

Please note that if there is any perfume, smoke, or any other odors on the returned item it will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we will be unable to issue an exchange or store credit. 

·       Accessories and shoes are final sale. No exchanges or store credits will be issued for accessories or shoes- no exceptions. 

·       All returns are processed as store credit only. 

  • Failure to follow the exchange process as outlined may result in our inability to process your return or 

the item(s) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from an issued credit. Exchanges should not be sent with a signature confirmation. Such packages will subject to the restocking fee. Take care to use a shipping service that delivers to a PO Box (selection of a service that does not accommodate PO Box delivery will be returned at the senders expense). 

  • All purchases made with store credit or exchanges are final sale. 
  • Please take our policy into consideration when ordering around the same time as having travel plans or when using a PO Box or delivery service. The time between USPS delivery and when you physically receive it are, unfortunately, not a disparity that we can account for. 

Please adhere to the above policy as we reserve the right to refuse an issued credit if packages are sent back to us outside the terms of our Exchange Policy.

  We do not accept unapproved exchanges. Should you send an exchange that was not approved, it will be returned to you. Once you receive that package, should you choose to refuse it and send it back to us, such action signifies your agreement to forfeit the merchandise. At that point, it will be donated to a local shelter in your name and a receipt will be sent to you for tax purposes. Your completed order signifies agreement to these terms. 


My Exchange was approved, now what?


Packages sent for exchange are picked up on Fridays are and are processed within 72 business hours (by the close of business that following Wednesday). You will be notified via e-mail once your exchange has been processed. 



Store Credit Terms:


Issued store credits are redeemable at shop.divnoje.com only. Please treat codes like cash. Divno Je, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplace codes. The code is good for one time use and must be used in its entirety before the inclusion of shipping and handling costs. Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with a discount or coupon code. This code is not redeemable for cash, able to be transferred, or the amount negotiable. All purchases made with a store credit are final.
